Full English rewrite of README.md (all 71 lines: intro, 7 conventions, structure block, NPM edge flow, manual usage, vault workflow, secrets handling, PRE note) plus Spanish comments/strings to English in tofu/variables.tf (guest var description, operator-key local block comment, op_ssh_pubkey description) and ansible/inventories/prod/hosts (3-line header). Also fixed a stray double-bold markup on the conventions line 4. No behavior/infra changes — text only, 49 insertions / 49 deletions across 3 files.
