Summary
Restore a
**Claim**bullet to the tracker doc's Wayfinding operations, so how a session claims a ticket is written down. Why now: PR #8 said claim by comment, never by assignment, but its own trim (commit
9e773d6) deleted both claim bullets, leaving the doc silent while the vendored wayfinder skill still says a session claims by assigning. The repo tracker doc is the override and had no rule. This puts one back: assign, to the session's own identity, falling back to Pedro. No agent identities are named: they differ per agent and per deployment, so naming them would go stale. A session reads its own identity from its configuration.
