Summary

Vikunja project 3 (Infra Tracker) switched its identifier from INFRATRACK to TR, so task human references now render as TR-N. This updates the docs that carried the old identifier.

 docs/agents/issue-tracker.md
- - Project: **Infra Tracker**, numeric id `3`, identifier `INFRATRACK`
- - A task's human reference is its identifier, e.g. `INFRATRACK-1`
+ - Project: **Infra Tracker**, numeric id `3`, identifier `TR`
+ - A task's human reference is its identifier, e.g. `TR-1`

 docs/adr/0002-dev-ci-vault-for-test-credentials.md
- (INFRATRACK-6) selects the Vault too
+ (TR-6) selects the Vault too
- the per-run Guest is INFRATRACK-21.
+ the per-run Guest is TR-21.

Evidence

  • Before: grep -rniE 'infratrack' over the tree returned refs in docs/agents/issue-tracker.md and docs/adr/0002-*.md.
After: the same grep returns nothing.
$ grep -rniE 'infratrack' . --exclude-dir=.git
(none)
  • Live tracker check: projects_read(3) returns "identifier":"TR", title Infra Tracker; the two referenced tasks resolve as TR-6 (done) and TR-21 (open), so the updated pointers are not dead links.
  • Verify step: make fmt (tofu fmt -recursive) ran clean — no changes.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way

Docs-only; no code, state, or infrastructure change. git revert restores the prior text.

Blast Radius: trivial

Risk is limited to any tooling that grepped for the literal string INFRATRACK; the identifier change itself already happened in Vikunja and is independent of this PR.

Vikunja project 3 (Infra Tracker) now uses identifier TR, so task
references render as TR-N. Update issue-tracker.md and the two stale
ticket pointers in ADR 0002 (TR-6, TR-21).
