Summary

Install the canonical triage label set on the Forgejo tracker and record the
role-to-label mapping in the repo, so the triage skill resolves roles to
labels instead of inventing strings.

Labels created on pit/infra-forge (idempotent, verified by read-back):

id color name
 1 205295 ready-for-agent (pre-existing)
 2 fbca04 needs-triage
 3 d4c5f9 needs-info
 4 0e8a16 ready-for-human
 5 6c757d wontfix

Repo changes:

  • docs/agents/triage-labels.md — the five roles mapped to their label
strings and ids, following the setup-matt-pocock-skills convention. Repo-only.
  • docs/agents/issue-tracker.md — the "Current state" note went stale the
moment the labels landed; refreshed from "one label" to the full set.
  • AGENTS.md — a ### Triage labels pointer under ## Agent skills.
  • docs/wiki-pages.yml — the new doc listed under exclude (allowlist-by-
default, so every document must be named).

Evidence

  • Before: GET /repos/pit/infra-forge/labels → one label,
    ready-for-agent.
  • After: the same call returns all five, with the ids above; a re-run of
the install script is a no-op. make fmt clean.

Merge Danger

Door: two-way

Blast Radius: low

Docs and tracker labels only; no tofu or Ansible touched. The tracker labels
are additive and reversible.

Define all five triage roles on the tracker (needs-triage, needs-info,
ready-for-agent, ready-for-human, wontfix) and record the role-to-label
mapping in docs/agents/triage-labels.md, so the triage skill resolves
roles instead of inventing labels. Refresh the issue-tracker state note
from "one label" to the full set, add the AGENTS.md pointer, and list
the new repo-only doc in the publish manifest's exclude.
