What to build

make prod composes the whole Prod deploy in one command, in the order the stack requires: snapshot, Guest, Edge, service, verify, state-backup — each step after the other, stopping on the first failure, with each apply gated exactly as its own Target gates it. The order is Guest, then Edge, then service, because the runner's configuration polls the WAN-published URL and the role waits for the runner to appear online; that wait needs the Edge in place first.

README's Running section becomes make prod, with the fine-grained Targets listed beside it.

Acceptance criteria

  • make prod runs the six steps in order and stops on the first failure.
  • The layers run Guest, then Edge, then service.
  • Snapshot and state-backup run as part of the composition.
  • README's Running section documents make prod and the fine-grained Targets.

Blocked by

  • ##30 — the Edge Stack through the Makefile.
  • ##31 — the service layer through the Makefile.
  • ##32 — the snapshot and state-backup Targets.
  • ##33 — make verify.
